This is the most recommended and value-added service we offer resulting in drastic cost reductions for you as well as peace of mind that the process was done to your exact specifications and requirements from beginning to end.

Fee-Based Service

Includes a full audit and analysis of your technology expense, assisting you with creating the RFP (request for proposal) and engaging in the evaluation, negotiation and recommendation phases of the process for a predetermined fee. Fee-based projects usually cover new projects where there are no existing contracts to evaluate. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the capital budget allotted for the specific project.
