It is imperative that after all the hard work in determining current needs, evaluating RFPs and picking a winner, that we have a precise and methodical implementation schedule with clear timelines and communication modules in place in order to complete the cost reduction process. This step is extremely crucial in making sure that both the consumer and the vendor are on the same page.
